A wet rubber sole squeaks because the water acts as a lubricant, reducing the friction between the rubber and the surface it is in contact with. This causes the rubber sole to vibrate and produce a high-pitched sound as it moves across the surface. The squeaking noise is a result of the interaction between the wet rubber and the surface, creating a temporary loss of traction and causing the rubber to slip and grip in quick succession. **

Wet hair from the rain is not inherently harmful, but it can lead to some potential issues if not properly cared for.
