The darkness of the Climates of Tamriel mod in Skyrim is subjective and depends on individual preferences. Some players may find it too dark, while others may appreciate the added immersion and atmosphere it brings to the game. The mod aims to create a more realistic and dynamic lighting system, which can result in darker environments. However, players have the option to adjust the brightness settings to their liking, allowing them to customize their experience. Ultimately, whether the mod is too dark is a matter of personal preference. **

Skyrim doesn't start a war to expand its territory in Tamriel because it is already a part of the Empire and is governed by the Emperor's laws. Additionally, Skyrim has historically been focused on maintaining its independence and sovereignty rather than aggressively expanding its territory. Starting a war to expand its territory could also lead to significant political and economic repercussions, as well as potential retaliation from other provinces and factions in Tamriel. Therefore, Skyrim's leadership likely prioritizes maintaining stability and peace within its own borders rather than pursuing expansion through military conflict. **
